Super friendly on the phone when I ordered a special bouquet for my daughter who just had a baby. Since many of the baby designs on the website had an abundance of pink flowers, I requested something with blue blooms to honor my new grandson, and the florist came through. Flowers were delivered the next day and my special instructions on where to leave them and not to ring the doorbell (to not wake anyone napping) were followed perfectly.
